Configuration files
Configuration files are found in the /cbserver/config directory. These files are in XMLformat. Only simple XML is used, but if you are not familiar with XML then you may want to read a basic introduction BEFORE attempting to change the configuration files.
Main configuration: config.xml
The main configuration file is config.xml. The file is an XML file which contains various settings and values, some of which you may change. It also includes all text, and can be used to change the language used.
Read the config.xml article for full details.
Paint colors: colors.xml
The multitude of paints available in the paint drawer, along with their names are stored in colors.xml.
Read the colors.xml article for full details.
Installation Licence: licence.xml
When you sign up for a subscription you receive a licence file, licence.xml. The licence file contains details of your licenced domain name, and licence expiry date and may also contain other restrictions that relate to your specific installation.
You must not make any changes to the licence file itself, as doing so will invalidate your licence and cause the system to stop functioning.
You will however receive a new licence file each time your subscription renews. You will need to install the replacement licence file into the configuration directory, /cbserver/config/.
